I, Sayyed Mohammad Hadi Ghabooli Dorafshan, was born in a seminarial and academic family in holy Mashhad. I finished high school and pre-university in the field of literature and humanities, and in parallel with high school courses, I learned some Hawza lessons such as jurisprudence, Arabic literature, and Quran interpretation in the presence of my grandfather, Ayatollah Sayyed Hassan Dorafshan (may Allah have mercy on him). In 1998, I got accepted into the law faculty of Imam Sadegh University (AS) and went to Tehran to continue my studies and after completing the bachelor of law, I was selected as the first student of the course. In 2003, I pursued my studies in the master's degree in private law and got the first rank in this degree in Imam Sadiq University with a GPA of 19.11 and defended my master's thesis evaluated as excellent under the supervision of professor Dr. Sayyed Hossein Safaei (may Allah protect him) and graduated on 14/02/2006 and was selected as a distinguished researcher.
While I was studying at Imam Sadiq University (AS), I was always benefiting in the presence of honorable professors, especially the professor and teacher of ethics and prominent student of Imam Khomeini (RA) and faithful companion of the supreme leader (may the Almighty prolong his life), Ayatollah Mahdavi Kani. (May Allah have mercy on him) and at the same time I was honored to be a student of the late Ayatollah Sheikh Mohammad Hassan Estehbanati in the field of jurisprudence and Ayatollah Sayyed Razi Shirazi in the field of the rules of fiqh and philosophy.
I was sent to military service on 23/10/2006 and after completing the training course, I worked in the legal department of contracts of the Ministry of Defense and was discharged on 21/6/2008. I worked as a legal consultant in the legal department of the presidential institution for one year and since 2004 I have been cooperating in teaching jurisprudence and legal courses with some universities and institutions in Tehran and Mashhad. In 2011, I was accepted in the doctoral course of Islamic jurisprudence and the principles of Islamic Law at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and graduated on 18/12/2016 with a GPA of 19.81.
In 2014, I was honored to become a member of the Islamic jurisprudence and principles of Islamic Law Department of Ferdowsi University of Mashhad and set up my research roadmap and strategy, in addition to jurisprudence, rules of jurisprudence, principles of Islamic law and legal rules, with a focus on intellectual property law and its comparative studies, the results of which have been reflected and published in domestic and foreign scientific books and articles. In 2020 and 2021 I was introduced as the selected faculty member in the area of excellence in university education in the humanities field and I am doing my duty continously
