Seyed Hadi Ebrahimi was born in 1974 in Mashhad, Iran. He accomplished his high school in biology science in 1992. He started his higher education studies in the University of Guilan (Rasht, Iran) and received a BSc degree in the field of Animal Sciences in 1997. He continued his studies in Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM), Mashhad, Iran and accomplished his MSc in Animal Nutrition in 1999. After completing the master studies, He was appointed as a permanent employee in FUM and worked there for 7 years. In 2006, he received an educational leave, allowing him to do a PhD in the National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), India. During his PhD period, Hadi was awarded LEARN Work Trainee Award and spent six months in New Zealand with livestock methane mitigation team, AgResearch, New Zealand. Since 2013, he works in the department of animal science, FUM as an Assistant Professor. His research interest is on feed technology with a focus on equine nutrition.
