About Me
I am Yaghoob Maharati, a faculty member at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in the field of Management and Entrepreneurship. I have over 29 years of experience in teaching, research, and consulting in various areas of management and entrepreneurship. My expertise includes business strategy development, innovation management, and the growth of entrepreneurial organizations. Additionally, I am actively engaged in the philosophical critique and analysis of organizational and management theories, as well as in theorizing and producing Islamic science.
Throughout my professional career, in addition to teaching at the university, I have collaborated with various companies and organizations in the design and implementation of management and strategic programs. I have also published numerous articles and research papers in reputable national and international journals.
Alongside theorizing, my goal is to educate the new generation of managers and entrepreneurs and help create an environment that fosters creativity and innovation. I believe that entrepreneurship can serve as a driving force for economic and social progress, and I am constantly striving to contribute to this goal through education and research.
